Having left it too late last winter to get the winter coat I lusted after so dearly (still not quite over it!), as soon as the autumn/winter pieces started to drop this year, I pounced as soon as my eyes caught this faux fur beauty from Topshop. The perfect colour to go with everything! Saying that, I am a creature of habit for neutral tones and florals (guilty!!). Since I got my coat, it has sold out but thankfully, they have re-stocked in a peach colour which I think is a much more flattering tone.
I paired it for a recent style shoot with this cute floral midi dress and gorgeous belt from Whitefawn Boutique
If there is one thing you spend money on this winter, a coat is well worth the investment, it will pay for itself in no time! Take your time in choosing the right one for you and make sure it will work with everything else in your wardrobe. You need to ensure all your hard earned pennies are being well spent.

Hi guys! Happy Tuesday with bells on it! I haven’t done a “Tuesday Shoesday” post in quite a while so I decided to put together an edit with some of my most favourite espadrilles & slider styles that are available right now and bang on trend.
I am having quite an obsession with espadrilles and sliders. There are too many gorgeous pieces out there and had to really narrow down the post so as not to bombard you all! We may not be having the best summer but lets embrace the “slightly” warmer temperatures and leave those boots aside. Just click on the pictures for direct links!
Tuesday Shoesday / Current Favourites
Soludos Platform Gladiator Sandals
Jeffrey Campbell Pink Suede Sandals
Adidas Sliders @ Asos
Leather Slides @ Anthropologie
Topshop embellished sliders
Soludos Tall Dove Grey Espadrilles

I genuinely want them all! Happy shopping and keep an eye out for those summer sale bargains too, there are lots to be had.
Apologies in advance for the diminishing bank balances if you too have a shoe addiction.
P.S. How gorgeous is the style in the cover photo! ?

“One day like this a year will see me right….” I’m still singing after the Elbow gig at Live at the Marquee on Wednesday night! I absolutely adore music and always feel so uplifted after a good gig! That being said, I don’t go to enough concerts, something I need to start doing more! I picked up this cute smock summer dress from Asos recently. It was quite the bargain at €37 and have it linked below too (just click on the pictures for links). It’s really good quality and has that lovely jersey material for a good fit. Winner all round!
Current Favourite Summer Dresses
I’m obsessed with dresses at the moment! I think it’s because as a nation and our climate, we don’t get the chance to get out of the jeans much but I’m definitely making more of an effort this summer. That being said, I don’t know if it’s a good thing because right now I want all the dresses! Smock and midi styles being my top favourites. Topshop, Zara, River Island and Asos have a great range at the moment and lots of good offers! Whitefawn Boutique also have the most divine range at the moment and they are also having a sale!
The dress above that I wore on holidays is from an Australian label called Auguste and is now sold out, however they do have other gorgeous pieces in stock and some on sale!
I adore the label. They have such a gorgeous range of clothing, however they are that little bit more expensive as the pieces are such good quality and you must be prepared to pay customs charges on delivery! So you would really really want to get the wear out of your piece before purchasing.
Happy shopping 🙂 C, X
Festival season is currently in full swing and summer has finally arrived! When it comes to festival style, keep it easy going and above all else, comfort is key. Festivals in Ireland more often than not, can be wash- outs so make sure to pack those wellies and rain jackets. Here are some of my top picks for festival style to get your festival wardrobe in check. Just click on the images for the links!
Kimonos are a boho festival staple and so easy to style. The best thing about purchasing your festival wardrobe at the moment? There is lots of sales happening at the moment so check out your favourite store as there is definite bargains to be had. When it comes to sales and bargain hunting, I prefer shopping the sale sections online as it is much less stressful than fighting to get to the clothes rails!
***Fancy Festival Footwear***
Let’s be honest – when you are going to a festival in Ireland, there will be rain and where there’s rain, there is LOTS of mud! So come prepared. I purposely haven’t included any sandals as it is incredibly rare for a festival in Ireland that you will get the chance to wear them. Lest you want to be struggling around a mud covered field destroyed! You want to be warm and comfort is utmost key. My one piece of main advice is to invest in a good pair of wellies. Yes, they may hurt the wallet at the time but you will never be so grateful for a good fitting comfortable pair for all the walking, dancing and all that lovely mud! For the rare dry days, a funky pair of ankle boots or converse will complete your vibe.
Happy shopping! Peace out X
